– The Wild Rover Series which consists of a 3m in Haverhill, MA, a 4m in Lawrence, MA and a 5m in Lowell, MA on 3 consecutive Sundays. Everyone who completes all 3 races gets a really cool medal. Gotta love the
bling!

/ meal – Wheat bagel and Jif
Favorite non-race location to run – Maudsley State Park, Newburyport, MA or any carriage road in Acadia
National Park, Maine

race shirt – 2009’s Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day
Favorite international race – Two2go Hackney Marshes 5K just outside London, England;
there was a nice mix of field and “trail”
Least favorite international race – Boston Scientific 5K in Oranmore, Ireland; no police to help with traffic
so you dodged cars while enjoying the run!

near London, England; loved the mix of trail and soccer fields, but I also liked the Boston Scientific in Oranmore, Ireland,
I thought it was very scenic

My oldest shirt is a 1989 Bay State Marathon long sleeve. Favorite international race
– Challenge Stellina in Susa Italy. Very tough course with more climb than Mt Washington and it is always hot.
Great hosts and always a good party after. Least favorite international race
– Thyon/Dixence starts way too high for me (7,000’) and just goes higher! Favorites
